STATEMENT OF FAITH
We believe the Bible is the inspired Word of God and is infallible and authoritative in the original writings.
We believe in one God, eternally existent in three Persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
We believe in the deity of the Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious death and atonement through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in His personal return in power and glory.
We believe that the salvation of lost and sinful man is only achieved through faith in the Lord Jesus Christ and regeneration by the Holy Spirit of God.
We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit, by Whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a godly life.
We believe in the forgiveness of sin, the bodily resurrection of the believer, and life eternal.
We believe in the spiritual unity of the Church, which is the Body of Christ, composed of all who are regenerated through faith in the Lord Jesus Christ.
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE
Harvest Evangelism, Inc., is a non-denominational faith mission which is actively pursuing a Matthew 28 Vision under an Ephesians 4 Calling in an Ephesians 6 Context with a First Timothy 2 Emphasis and a Second Peter 3 Objective.
We are called to help the Church disciple the nations. (Mt. 28:16-20)
We are called and committed to serve the entire Body of Christ. (Eph. 4:1-13)
We function in a balanced understanding that the Church must operate in the context of spiritual warfare to fulfill her divine purpose. (Eph. 6:12)
We emphasize the purpose and power of authoritative intercessory prayer in reaching the lost for Christ. (Eph. 6:18; I Tim. 2:1-8)
We choose to actively pursue what is in the heart of God - that none should perish, but that all should come to repentance. (II Pet. 3:9)
All of Harvest Evangelism's ministries are developed around a specific focus on reaching cities for Christ. We are dedicated to help the Church of the city, comprised of its various congregations, implement a comprehensive strategy to effectively saturate the city with the Good News of the gospel and extend the kingdom of God through church growth and expansion
