The team.

The HEA-team is led by Werner & Adel Swart. They have been part of Harvest Evangelism since 1996. After serving in a local congregation as youth and assistant pastors from 1991 to 1996, they joined the Harvest Evangelism team in Argentina in 1997. They worked in the cities of San Nicolas and Mar del Plata, serving the city-reaching processes there.
In 2000, they were asked by the ministers in Witbank, South Africa, to help them with the process in their city and since then have been officially representing Harvest Evangelism Inc. in Africa. After three years in Cape Town they moved and worked in Uganda, serving the nation in developing transformational prototypes. In 2009 they returned to South Africa and now live in the town of Dunnottar. Werner and Adel have five children: Christo, Wernich, Ricardo, Charlmari and Maricha.
Gawie & Paula Hugo Gawie and Paula Hugo serves the Harvest Evangelism team in the Western Cape Province of South Africa.
Gawie was born in Malawi and his background is business. He began to serve the city of Drakenstein a few years ago as a “Transformation facilitator” and together with Paula they are serving that whole area for it to be completely transformed. They have six children between them they desire to guide communities to understand that true Revival should lead to Community Transformation.
Peet & Lisa Palm
Peet and Lisa Palm joined Harvest Evangelism Africa in October 2002. Initially serving in Witbank and Middelburg, Mpumalanga, they developed transformation prototypes in both those cities. They have now moved Perth, Austrialia in order to serve that nation with the same principles. Peet has a strong word-based ministry while Lisa is redefines worship as a means to lifting Jesus up all over cities. Peet and Lisa have three children: Niké, Venine and Peet Jr.
William & Pontso DlaminiWilliam and Pontso Dlamini have been part of the HEA team since 2003 and they are currently serving in William’s native Swaziland. They are serving their community and nation in seeing transformation come to Swaziland. God has anointed the Dlamini's to speak into the lives of the leaders of the Body of Christ in Africa and they have a passion to see cities and nations change.
They have four children, Stembiso, Blessing, Mpumelelo and Nkosi.
Marinelle Smith
Marinelle Smith joined the team in 2006 and began serving in an administrative capacity. Today, however, she serves in South Africa and in Swaziland in a ministerial capacity. She has a passion for cities and nations to be reached and also encourages young women and girls to live a victorious life.
